This business provides tree services to home owners, property managers, businesses, and municipalities in Denver Metro area and surrounding communities. From time to time, the Company travels out of this area for larger or specialized projects. The Company has been owned and operated by its founder since 1998. They provide typical tree services, including tree pruning, plant health care, tree removal, fire mitigation, stump grinding, and decorative holiday lighting.

Property managers account for 45% of revenue and home owners provide an additional 40%. Municipalities and landscape contractors contribute 10% and 5%, respectively. One of the Company’s greatest strengths is its relationship with, and repeat business from, property management firms. This group directs multiple projects to the company annually. The top five of these repeat customers have accounted for $290,000 in sales over the past three years.

Growth opportunities for the Company are available from increasing its core business of tree services; expanding into fire mitigation; and providing holiday lighting services. The seller anticipates that by the end of 2018, concentration on these three areas alone will result in increases of $50,000 in arborist services, $45,000 in fire mitigation, and $25,000 for holiday lighting.
