Business Description

This is the largest Landscape & Snow Removal company in town. The company enjoys recurring income from landscape maintenance contracts and off-season income from snow removal. Landscape installations include hardscaping (stonework), new plantings, and irrigation systems. While the company does work extensively with many local Architects and Landscape Architects, they also provide in-house landscape design services.

2019 is on track to exceed 2017 and 2018 sales. Company has signed installation orders and many verbal commitments securing future work. Maintenance and Snow Removal are steadily growing over many years. Many clients have signed 2-year maintenance agreements ensuring year-round work. 2018/2019 snow removal revenue was record-breaking due to major snowstorms.

The company employs 40 workers during the summer and 25 workers during the winter months. The company has developed programs to hire and maintain staff while so many other firms struggle with manpower. New equipment is constantly being added to keep staff safe and productive. Equipment replacement value over $600K is included in the price.

The price is firm. The business is priced very well to sell soon and begin training new owners during the slow season.
