Through months of weekly conference calls between myself, the buyer, and Don, and Don’s constant communication with the attorneys and his colleagues, we worked through everything the buyer and I both wanted and only then presented reviewable documents to the attorneys for their approval. No need for expensive and constant back and forth between attorneys as Don took the time and effort to manage all of that (and there was a LOT of time and effort required), making the entire transaction as painless as possible. What a treat and, I think, way above and beyond what would typically be expected.
