A Colorado native with roots in real estate, accounting, and hands-on business ownership, Nathan brings a valuable combination of credentials and operator instincts to every deal. Nathan is a licensed CPA with deep experience in tax planning, compliance, financial analysis, real estate, business valuation, and business ownership/operations. As a multi-unit brick-and-mortar owner, Nathan and his wife co-own multiple locations across Colorado, giving him a firsthand perspective on what it actually takes to build, grow, and sustain a business. That experience has taught him that no two businesses, and no two owners, are alike. He approaches every engagement with the patience to understand what makes a business unique, the financial acumen to identify where value is hiding, and the creativity to unlock it
