For those looking to acquire, Charles brings extensive experience to the buy-side of business acquisition, having bought, operated and sold $90M in multifamily properties across the US. Additionally, he has run business acquisition strategies in Colorado and understands the buyer landscape and perspective. Charles lives with his family in Boulder County and can be found enjoying the mountains in his backyard and ski mountaineering North America when taking a break from his entrepreneurial career.
