Ms. De Lucia has been the President and Managing Broker of Front Range Business, Inc. for over 20 years. Her other work history includes ownership of both distribution and food manufacturing businesses, as well as six years as a chemical engineer. She holds an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado with an emphasis in Management, as well as a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Colorado, and a BS in Biology from the University of Denver. Suzanne has been selected as a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the association’s highest honor. She has also earned the IBBA’s Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). Suzanne has served on the IBBA Board of Directors, and as Vice-Chairman of several committees in the IBBA. She is a founding member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI), where she is a Past President and Past Chairman of the Education Committee. Her other interests include membership in Naturally Boulder, which nurtures and promotes natural products businesses of all kinds, and the M&A Source, an organization that supports Mergers & Acquisitions professionals.

Mr. Chambliss has been a business broker in Colorado since 1992. His previous background includes 14 years in the homebuilding industry. For six years, Paul was the Denver Division Manager, then the Vice President and Construction Manager for Wonderland Custom Builders, a custom homebuilder located in Boulder. Paul brings real estate knowledge and property management experience to the office. He is an honors graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance and a BA in French. Paul has earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He became a broker in 2016 and has since worked with hundreds of businesses and thousands of buyers. To share his experience, he frequently leads highly regarded educational programs focused on key aspects of buying and selling businesses through local Small Business Development Centers (SBDC). Ms. Rivero’s enthusiasm for working with entrepreneurs brought her to business brokerage. She enjoys guiding business owners through the complex, and sometimes emotional, process of selling their businesses. Kim began her career in high-tech, with the co-founding of a Boulder computer store at age 22. She later sold that business and moved into web development. She worked for several Boulder high-tech startups, then ran a boutique web communications firm for 15 years. Kim sits on the board of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI). She has earned a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and she holds a Colorado real estate broker license. Kim has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Computer Art as well as a Web Technologies Certificate. She enjoys music, art, running, and hiking.

Before joining FRB, Dave and his wife sold their adventure travel business in collaboration with the FRB team. In one of his most fun and challenging adventures, he cycled the entire Pony Express route from St. Joseph, Missouri to San Francisco. Benjamin C. “Ben” Mahrle, ABI, AM&AA, CBI, has been an active business broker since 1994 and is presently the managing broker of the Mountain States Business Brokers & Advisors (MSBBA). During his business brokerage career, he has been involved in over 300 successful business ownership transfers. Ben is a Michigan native and after serving in the Navy he moved to Tampa, Florida where he joined a national CPA firm, received his CPA certification and founded his own CPA firm in 1974.
