Company produces Bridal Shows. This is NOT a wedding planning business. The clients are the Suppliers and Service Providers in the Bridal Industry. This company also produces other shows that are not related to the Bridal Industry – this part of the business may also be purchased if desired.
The business has very high profit margins and very low overhead – it can be run from a home office with no employees. Many subcontractors are in place if the Buyer prefers to work fewer hours. Processes are in place to expand rapidly if desired. The Company has developed long-term relationships with many vendors, sponsors, and venues; and has a very large database of attendees. New brides come and go, but the vendors remain. It may be hard to grasp that the margins are so high. The company has figured out how to keep cost of goods so low that each show only needs a few vendors to break-even.
This is an ideal business for someone that enjoys sales, marketing, and project management, but may not want a large employee group to manage. Most of the day-to-day activities involve working with businesses (venues, sponsors, and vendors). This business has well established B2B (business-to-business) relationships.
This is a Home-Based Operation – there is no need for clients to visit office. Shows and events are held at multiple venues.
The Seller is moving to East Coast and will continue to provide shows in that area – and will continue to add support to the new owner in this area.
