It has a retail showroom where it displays specialty off-road accessories. It also has a full-service shop where it installs accessories and also services regular cars and trucks. The service area includes 14 bays with 11 lifts and a full alignment rack.

As a special bonus, the company has an option to secure an exclusive dealership of a well-known Power-Sport line (this requires a higher line of credit from the Buyer).

Sales and Profits have grown every year. It is fully staffed with Seasoned Mechanics and well trained Shop Managers. The company measures many significant KPIs (key performance indicators) on a monthly basis and will share these via a confidential report.

The Owner is selling one of two successful locations so he can dedicate more time and energy to his home-town shop.
