The specific industry will be divulged upon confidence that Buyer will honor confidentiality and that Buyer is financially capable of such purchase. Company provides truly “essential” services for residential and commercial clients. State law requires testing and maintenance of required utility service. Business is recession proof.

SALES/MARKETING:
Revenue has been steadily growing over 50 years and was not impacted by COVID. Revenue is all from testing, service and repair. This Company does not perform new construction. Services are not discretionary (unlike remodeling or construction services). Marketing for new clients is not necessary as the vast amount of revenue is derived from repeat clientele which includes commercial, municipal and residential. Revenues are very well distributed where the largest client represents only 5% of annual revenues. The company enjoys major market share – they are much larger than the next competitor. The company recently expanded to a new territory and there are many more opportunities to grow through further expansion of territory. Contracts with Customers should be transferable (buyer to confirm during due diligence). None of the products they service, or sell are exclusive – so vendor accounts can be established for new Owner.

STAFFING / LICENSING:
State issued licenses are required. Two owners and two key employees have the license and will ensure continued use. The Company is fully staffed with many key employees covering all operational roles. One Owner performs General Management, strategic role and will train for a few months but is ready to retire. Another Owner performs technical services and is willing to stay on part-time for an extended period. The company does need to hire at least two more technicians to support their growth.

EQUIPMENT:
The equipment and supplies included in the sale will suffice for volume at hand and some growth. About $100K/year is needed to replace old equipment and for moderate growth.

FACILITY:
Company leases 6,000 s.f. warehouse and office space. Owner will assist with securing a lease for the facility.

IDEAL BUYER:
The ideal buyer would have general management skills. Technical skill or experience is not necessary, but they should have great appreciation for employees that perform technical services. The greatest asset of this business is the employees and the culture to take care of customers and employees.
