Business Description

Commercial and Residential Clients have been served by this Northern Colorado Company since Elvis hit the scene with “All Shook Up.” The company provides installation of Retractable Awnings, Solar Screens, Sail Shades, and other custom fabricated products. They have the ability to sew heavy canvas products for many non-associated products such as carrying cases, outdoor equipment protection, and some unique proprietary products that will be disclosed upon completion of NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

Employees are well trained and loyal. They can perform much of their work without supervision. The staff does not know of pending sale of business and are expected to stay with business. Confidentiality is essential.

Company has requests for more custom fabrication and for sales of existing products beyond their current market area, but owners have purposefully kept the company at a size they were comfortable at managing.

Owners will provide up to 320 hours of training over first 2 months as part of purchase price. One owner will stay on much longer for a fair wage or commission if Buyer desires. Employees can also provide training on much of the operations.
