Recurring revenue of approximately 30% of total sales mostly through property management companies. 10% of revenue is service work for prior clients directly. The balance of revenue is TI (Tenant Improvement) with well-established GC (General Contractor) relationships. The company does not bid on open GC work as this work is too competitive, but there is much more to bid on if there is a desire to grow the revenue. The staff is well seasoned and dependable. The Owner is willing to stay on for many years in a sales role but needs someone to take over ownership and general management. Business is offered as an Asset Purchase (not a stock purchase). Cash, AR, and AP is not included in Sale.
