This is a true executive ownership business model, where the Seller works 1.5 days/wk from home and the other 2.5 days at the facility. The owner does not participate in the production process or work behind machinery. That is all handled by twelve full-time employees, which includes a shop supervisor and a Vice President who oversee the operation.
