Business Description

This well-established niche company sells hardscape landscape materials in their natural form as well as value-added varieties. Their products are used in a large percentage of outdoor architectural design and landscaping projects as well as interior design applications.

The business serves the Colorado market, with 90% of its sales being to landscape and masonry contractors. The balance is to the general public for which there is huge upside.

There is a high barrier to entry into the industry due to the investment in long-lasting equipment and inventory and the need for a strategically located large piece of ground to house the operation. Because of this, there is very little competition and lots of upside. Only one real competitor exists in the market.

The well-trained staff of 16 employees is one of the Company’s most valuable assets. The employees are loyal and well-paid and many have worked for the company for 10 to 20 years. There has been little turnover in the company’s history. Ownership has spent the last 5 years decreasing their time and involvement in the business. Excellent day-to-day management is in place and is expected to remain with a sale of the company.
