I have to tell you how much I enjoyed working with Phil Loughman.

There are some things in life that you have never had to deal with. One of those is selling the business that you have had for 26 years.

When I was faced with this, I interviewed a couple of brokers, but everything pointed to Phil and his experience. He was able to step me through the process and explain things as he was doing it.
